Approach
Discover, shape, build.
We understand the problem before we recommend technology. Then we build the smallest practical solution — and we stop when that problem is quieter.
01
Discover
We spend time with the people who do the work. We ask them to show a normal day: the export, the paste, the folder, the message they send when the system is wrong.
We write down the tools, the duplicated data, and the steps that only work because someone remembers them. You get a plain account of the problem.
02
Shape
We choose the smallest change that would help. That might be a connection between tools you already pay for, an automation, a careful use of AI, or a small internal tool.
It might also be a recommendation to leave something alone. You can see the shape of the thing, and what is out of scope, before anyone builds it.
03
Build
We make that thing and put it where the work happens. We watch it meet the awkward cases, and we adjust it.
When it holds, we hand it over in plain language: what it does, what it leaves alone, and how to tell if it has stopped.
The smallest practical solution.
Small means the change is large enough to matter and small enough to finish. Practical means the people doing the job can use it on an ordinary day, with the tools they already have where that is possible.
01
Start with the work
We look at where time goes, and where people keep a private backup because the official system is not trusted.
02
Use what is already there
A connection between current tools comes before a new platform. New software has to earn its place.
03
Keep the first build finishable
We name the job, the people, and what is out of scope. A small thing that ships beats a wide plan that stalls.
04
Test it on a real Tuesday
The people who do the job see it early, while their feedback is still specific.
05
Stop when the problem is quieter
The next piece of work needs its own reason. We do not keep building because a project is open.
Tell us what is not working.
A discovery call is a conversation about the work. Bring the awkward process. We will help you see the smallest useful next step.
